Holiday Conwy Terms & Conditions

General

• We are quiet site, not a party site. Music must be kept personal at all times.
• Quiet hours 2200-0800.
• No campfires.
• Maximum 6 people per pitch.

Dogs

• Maximum 3 well-behaved dogs per pitch.
• Dogs cannot free range and must be kept on a lead at all times.
• Incessant barking dogs cannot stay.
• Dogs showing any aggression cannot stay.
• The site does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. XL Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro).
• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.
• Dog mess must be picked up immediately.

Additional terms

•           For EHU pitches, the price includes 10kWh per day; any usage beyond this is charged at £0.50 per kWh.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your booking, the following cancellation and refund policies apply:
•           For cancellations up to 7 days before check-in date, a full refund will be issued
•           For cancellations within 7 days of check-in, no refund will be issued.

NOTE: For any cancellation, payment processing fees will be retained, along with a £10 administration charge.
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please give as much notice as possible so that someone else has the chance to book.

You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your Booking for any reason, a full refund will be issued. An administration and payment processing fee will not be deducted in this instance.
